“Thanks Poppy for everything. You’ve opened me up and helped me be more mindful with my actions and behaviour in certain situations and I’m really grateful for that. You’ve challenged me where I’ve needed to be challenged. Exercise sure has and is helping! I’m on day 21 of the Bikram yoga challenge! It’s killing me softly but I’m loving how it’s forcing me to do things for myself and things that I enjoy. I’m looking forward to it being a more balanced ritual”
