1. OUR AGREEMENT

1.1 These Terms supplement the agreement made  when you book a Programme, Session or Meeting (“Programme”).

1.2 The agreement is between you and us. You may not share or transfer Programme access or Materials with anyone else.

2. EXPECTATIONS

2.1 Programme Description and objectives appear online. They are general statementsand may change without breaching this agreement.

2.2 The Programme involves attendance at the specified Location and may include online participation, preparation, or follow‑ups.

2.3 Full participation is required to meet the learning objectives.

2.4 The Programme is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

2.5 Group, Program and Session Rules exist to protect all Participants.

2.6 Breach of these Terms or the Group Rules may result in suspension or termination of your without compensation.

2.7 Poppy Sprague and any Academy associates, students, employees, or teachers are independent practitioners and self-regulating.

3. YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 If paying as an individual in the UK, you may have statutory consumer rights (including the 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts). Otherwise, only the rights described in the Programme apply.

3.2 You are responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for your decisions, actions, and results.

3.3 Use good judgment and seek professional advice before taking action based on the Programme.

3.4 Ensure you have adequate computer equipment, broadband/wi‑fi, time, and virus protection for online participation.

3.5 Keep login details and downloads secure.

3.6 Do not interfere with our websites or access unauthorised areas.

3.7 Do not promote goods or services to other Participants unless expressly invited.

3.8 Arrange travel and accommodation unless the Programme Description states otherwise.

3.9 Notify us of any accessibility requirements before the Programme starts.

4. BUSINESS CONTINUITY AND RESILIENCE

4.1 Lead providers may be substituted if necessary.

4.2 Associates or substitutes may deliver parts of the Programme.

4.3 Locations, platforms, servers, or delivery methods may change at our discretion.

5. TIMING AND STANDARD OF PROVISION OF SERVICES

5.1 Programmes run on the dates specified online.

5.2 We may cancel or reschedule sessions.

5.3 You may not send a substitute without written permission. Non-attendance results in forfeiture of the session.

5.4 We will be available for the time specified in the Programme Description.

6. PAYMENTS

6.1 Programme fees must be paid before access is granted (unless a payment plan applies).

6.2 Accessing any Material constitutes the  start of the Programme; full payment becomes due at this point.

6.3 2-Part Payment Option: Total fee plus 7% surcharge can be split into 2 equal paymennts.

  • Payment 1: Due upon acceptance
  • Payment 2: Due one month later

6.4 Late payments may result in suspension of access.

6.5 Suspension does not cancel payment obligations.

6.6 Currency conversion is subject to your card provider’s rates.

6.7 Declined payments may be retried.

6.8 We may charge interest at 2.22% per month on overdue amounts; payments cover interest first.

7. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All IP Rights in Materials remain our property.

7.2 Materials are for personal learning only; no disclosure or adaptation without written permission.

7.3 You are liable for fees and costs if someone uses your access without permission.

7.4 Do not post infringing, defamatory, or harassing content. Indemnify us for any losses.

7.5 Sessions may be recorded; inform us if you do not wish to be recorded.

7.6 Recordings belong exclusively to us. By participating, you grant a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use recordings.

7.7 No unauthorised recordings, screenshots, or photography without prior written agreement.

8. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

8.1 Raise concerns or complaints immediately.

8.2 Online events: ensure compatibility and log in early for checks.

8.3 In-person events: notify us of accessibility or dietary needs in advance.

9. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

9.1 We will use your Confidential Information only to deliver the Programme or as required by law. Records may be retained for administrative purposes.

10. DATA PRIVACY

10.1 We process your data in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

10.2 Third-party booking platforms may have their own privacy policies; ensure your settings are appropriate.

11. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

11.1 We are not liable for events beyond our control, including force majeure.

11.2 Materials are selected using our expertise; they are not bespoke advice. Seek professional advice if required.

11.3 Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

11.4 No personal liability for principals, staff, agents, or fellow delegates.

11.5 No liability for indirect or consequential losses.

11.6 Total financial liability is limited to the Programme fees paid.

11.7 Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be restricted.

11.8 No warranty for website/platform availability or virus-free content.

12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination does not affect accrued rights, including confidentiality and IP obligations.

13. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION 

13.1 Defined terms include Confidential Information, Description, Group Rules, Location, Materials, Participant, Programme, IP Rights, Session, you, we/us.:

    13.2 “Including” does not limit preceding terms.

    13.3 No waiver of rights arises from delay or non‑enforcement.

    13.4 Severability clause applies to invalid terms.

    13.5 Governing law: England & Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

    14. TUITION INFORMATION (Academy for Self‑Mastery Ltd)

    14.1 You agree to pay the tuition for your selected plan.

    14.2 Annual Plan: Commences after initial payment, renews annually unless 30 days’ notice is given.

    14.3 Monthly Plan: Cancels by written notice; access ends at the end of the paid term.

    15. TRANSFER AND UPGRADES

    15.1 Subscriptions are non-transferable without written permission.

    15.2 Upgrades may be offered at additional cost at our discretion.

    16. DEFAULT & CANCELLATION

    16.1 Non-payment may result in suspension and loss of access.

    17. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    17.1 Entire agreement; no reliance on other representations.

    17.2 Terms accepted by payment or access.

    17.3 Dates, times, locations or structure may change.

    17.4 We may remove participants from virtual or in-person events without refund.

    17.5 Assignment only with our consent.

    17.6 Sessions are in English; translations may incur extra fees.

    17.7 You are responsible for any bank transaction fees.

    17.8 All Materials are proprietary and may not be reproduced, sold, or shared without permission.
